Martial arts thug, 38, convicted of murdering amputee grandfather

Daniel Sharples, pictured, was convicted of the murder of Michael Mairs, 53, who was an amputee following a trial at Liverpool Crown Court. The 38-year-old told police 'I'm glad I did it.'
